Bankia has different channels for serving its suppliers that can be used for lodging complaints, reporting potential improper conduct or disputing any supplier selection process.

  • Confidential Whistleblowing Channel: Confidential, but not anonymous, communication channel, managed by PwC as an independent third party, for reporting potentially improper financial or accounting conduct. Confidential Whistleblower Channel for suppliers
  • Supplier Service Department: Channel for making complaints, claims and suggestions related to the payment of invoices and the provision of services associated with contracts, as well as disagreements related to supplier selection processes.
