Prices will remain until 30 November

Bankia and Haya Real Estate are launching a campaign comprising more than 1,600 homes and 1,400 unique properties with discounts of up to 40%

The portfolio of real estate assets is located in the Comunidad Valenciana, Cataluña, Murcia and Andalucía. Interested persons can obtain information in the offices of the entity, on the web and / or by telephone.

  • The houses, all second-hand, are located in province capitals, commuter towns and small towns, offering both urban and coastal housing.
  • Of the selected homes, 455 are located in Cataluña, more than 350 in the Comunidad Valenciana and over 320 are in Andalucía
  • Regarding the unique properties (commercial premises, industrial warehouses and parking spaces or plots), 500 are offered in the Comunidad Valenciana, over 250 in Murcia and more than 220 in Cataluña

Bankia and Haya Real Estate have put up for sale a selection of more than 3,000 properties (1,600 homes and more than 1,400 unique properties) spread over the entire national territory with discounts of up to 40%.

The 2,800 properties selected for this campaign are located mainly in province capitals, commuter towns and small towns. By type, this campaign offers both urban and coastal homes, all of them second-hand.

The commercial offer, known as ‘Viviendas Listillas’, will maintain the current discounts until 30 November.

Most of the homes are located in the Cataluña, with more than 455 properties offered. In the Comunidad Valenciana, more than 350 homes have been selected, while Andalucía and Murcia have more than 320 and 240 properties, respectively.

Unique properties

The campaign is completed by more than 1,400 unique properties, including 225 commercial premises and offices, more than 640 garages and storage rooms, 75 industrial warehouses and more than 485 plots of land with varying degrees of development, all of which are also offered with price reductions of up to 40%.

Of these unique properties, 500 are located in the Comunidad Valenciana, 250 in Murcia, 220 in Cataluña and 185 in Andalucía.

Offers in the Comunidad Valenciana

Of the houses and unique properties offered in the Comunidad Valenciana, 300 properties are located in the province of Valencia, while Alicante and Castellón each have 275 properties.

Among the homes offered in the province of Valencia, we highlight a 2-bedroom apartment in Oliva, located in an urbanisation with communal areas and a swimming pool, the price of which has gone from 132,970 euros down to 89,000 euros, and a 3-bedroom flat in Alginet, with a parking space included in the price, which is now on offer for 75,789 euros, when its previous price was 97,505 euros.

In Castellón there is a 6-bedroom duplex flat in the city, with a parking space included in the price, which is reduced to 304,376 euros from a previous sale price of 474,447 euros. And in Soneja we highlight a 3-bedroom flat, also including a parking space, which was previous on sale for 124,642 euros, and is now priced at 89,505 euros.

In the province of Alicante there is a 3-bedroom flat in the town of Almoradí, whose current sale price stands at 62,478 euros from the previous price of 80,742 euros. In the municipality of Rojales, there is a 2-bedroom detached house reduced to 101,000 euros, when its previous sale price stood at 144,026 euros.

Among the unique properties included in this campaign, we highlight a commercial premises located in the town of Sant Jordi (Castellón), the sale price of which has dropped down to 25,000 euros from a pre-campaign price of 36,422 euros. Then in the town of Rafelbuñol (Valencia) there is an industrial warehouse that was previously priced at 274,807 euros and will be on sale for 182,700 euros until 30 November.

Properties in Cataluña

The properties offered in Cataluña are mainly located in the provinces of Tarragona, with 175 homes and 45 unique properties, and Lleida, with 100 homes and 80 unique properties. These are followed by Barcelona, with 100 homes and 70 unique properties, and Girona, with 80 homes and 30 unique properties.

In Tarragona city there is highlighted property consisting of a 2-bedroom flat, with campaign price of 72,782 euros, down from the previous price of 120,302 euros. In the town of Vilallonga del Camp we come across a 4-bedroom flat whose price has dropped to 92,169 euros from an initial sale price of 139,607 euros. Among the unique properties offered in Tarragona there is a semi-detached warehouse in the town of El Vendrell, which prior to the campaign was on sale for 300,374 euros, and is currently priced at 201,107 euros.

In Lleida we have a 4-bedroom duplex flat in the town Tremp, which used to be priced at 122,399 euros and is now reduced to 75,000 euros. And in the municipality of Camarasa we come across a 3-bedroom detached house, reduced to 136,856 euros, whereas its pre-campaign price was 196,350 euros. In the city of Lleida we can highlight a commercial premises that was previously priced at 288,963 euros, and now has a price tag of 195,000 euros until 30 November.

Lastly, in the province of Barcelona, there is a 3-bedroom flat located in Terrassa reduced to 108,750 euros, which was previously priced at 181,125 euros. In Badalona we also have a commercial premises with a discounted price of 112,693 euros, which was previously priced at 175,030 euros.

Offer in Andalucía

The offer in Andalucía is mainly located in the provinces of Granada, with 115 homes and 55 unique properties, followed by Almería, with 100 homes and 40 unique properties. These are followed by the provinces of Seville, with 35 homes and 15 unique properties, and Malaga, with 10 homes and 40 unique properties.

In Granada, there is a flat in the town of Baza, with two bedrooms, which now has a discounted price of 81,268 euros, down from the pre-campaign price of 120,060 euros. And in the town of Peligros, there is a 1-bedroom flat, that previously cost 85,194 euros and is now on sale for 57,130 euros. As regards the unique properties, we highlight a plot in Escúzar with a discounted price of 30,752 euros until 30 November, having previously been on sale for 46,877 euros.

In Almería we have a 2-bedroom apartment in the town of Albox, whose price before the campaign was 55,211 euros and is now on offer at 41,000 euros. In the town of Vícar, there is 1-bedroom flat reduced to 52,867 euros when its previous price was 76,855 euros. Lastly, in Cuevas del Almanzora we have listed a commercial premises that was previously priced at 64,610 euros, and is now discounted to 43,445 euros.

Discounts in Murcia

The offer in Murcia includes 240 homes and more than 250 unique properties spread out over the entire province. Among them, we find a 2-bedroom flat in Murcia city with a listed campaign price of 26,500 euros, while its previous price was 39,408 euros. And in Fortuna we highlight a 4-bedroom semi-detached house, located on an urbanisation with communal areas, a swimming pool and parking space included in the price, which previously cost 104,037 euros, and has now been reduced to 90,512 euros.

Regarding the offer of unique properties, highlighting a commercial premises located in the Murcia city, whose campaign price is 292,500 euros, while its previous sale price stood at 405,390 euros. And in the town of Mazarrón we have a plot that was previously priced at 199,454 euros and is now on sale for 134,113 euros.

The website www.haya.es has information about the basic features of all the homes and unique properties included in the campaign: photos, location, square metres, price, etc.
