Bankia and Haya Real Estate put 2,000 homes and 600 real singular properties on market with discounts of up to 40%

Bankia has placed on sale a selection of more than 2,600 properties throughout Spain, with discounts of as much as 40%. The properties include some 2,000 homes and the rest are singular properties, mainly land, industrial buildings, commercial premises and offices.

Bankia has placed on sale a selection of more than 2,600 properties throughout Spain, with discounts of as much as 40%. The properties include some 2,000 homes and the rest are singular properties, mainly land, industrial buildings, commercial premises and offices.

The properties selected for this campaign are mainly located in provincial capitals, bedroom communities and smaller towns. By category, the campaign offers both urban and shore dwellings, all previously owned.

The "Spring Campaign", as it has been named, has been launched jointly with Haya Real Estate, the enterprise that manages the real estate assets owned by the bank. The discounts applied in this commercial initiative will be maintained until this coming 30 June.

The housing units up for sale are concentrated in the Valencian Community, with more than 600 properties offered in that region. In Catalonia more than 540 homes have been selected, with a further 170 in Castilla-La Mancha and Andalusia each.

The 600 singular properties offered, in turn, include 360 land tracts in different stages of development, 170 commercial premises and offices and 70 industrial buildings. Of these singular assets, 250 are located in the Valencian Community, 150 in Catalonia and 60 in Castilla-La Mancha.

Offers in the Comunidad Valenciana

Of the 460 properties offered in the Valencian Community, 460 units are located in the province of Valencia; 230 in Alicante and 220 in Castellón.

Notable amongst the homes for sale in the province of Valencia are a 2-bedroom apartment in Paterna, which has been priced down from €40,195 to €26,070, and a flat in Puzol now being offered for €53,790, compared to the previous asking price of €71,635.

The singular properties in Valencia feature a commercial outlet in the city of Manises, previously priced at a €211,086 and now discounted to €168,508 until 30 June. And in the town of Sagunto there is a developable tract discounted to €41,054 from its previous price of €54,739.

The offer in the province of Alicante is highlighted by a single-family semi-detached house in the municipality of Algorfa, with a current asking price of €80,520 compared to the €91,531 quoted previously. In the municipality of Pilar de la Horadada we find a 2-bedroom apartment, with storage room included in the price, marked down to €51,207 from the previous €72,971. And the singular properties in Alicante feature a commercial premise in the city of Alicante now discounted to €156,000 until 30 June, compared to the previous asking price of €226,243.

In Castellón there is a 2-bedroom apartment in Nules, with storage room included in the price, located in a residential complex with a community swimming pool, discounted to €55,220 from the previous price of €62,731. Vilafamés features a 3-bedroom flat, also including a garage and storage room in the price, which after being previously set at €92,639 has now been brought down to €83,375. And in Burriana we find a commercial premise offered for €83,987, down from the previous asking price of €119,981.

Properties located in Cataluña

The properties offered in Catalonia are concentrated in Tarragona, with more than 250 homes and 85 singular properties, and Barcelona, with 90 homes and 40 singular properties. They are followed by Girona, with 90 dwellings and 20 singular properties, and Lleida, with 90 homes and five singular assets.

The housing units offered in Tarragona feature a flat in the municipality of El Vendrell, including a parking place, priced in this campaign at €79,860, down from €108,290 previously. In the town of Alcanar we have a 2-bedroom single-family dwelling discounted to €70,840 from the previous €97,356.

The singular properties offered in Tarragona include a developable unprogrammed tract of land in Reus, which prior to the campaign was quoted at €106,555 and is now being offered for €79,916. In Cabra del Camp we have an industrial building priced at €106,604, down from the pre-campaign price of €133,256.

Barcelona features a 4-bedroom flat located in the township of Mataró, which was previously priced at €355,637 and has now been discounted to €253,000. And in the town of Manresa we find a 2-bedroom flat, marked down to €100,000, which was priced at €138,546 before the current campaign.

The city of Barcelona also is highlighted by a commercial premise previously quoted at €115,562 and which until 30 June will be available for €94,551. Lastly, the municipality of Arenys de Mar features another commercial venue discounted to €145,483 from the previous €181,854.

Offer in Castilla-La Mancha

The offering of properties in Castilla-La Mancha is primarily focused on the provinces of Toledo, with 75 homes and 15 singular properties, and Ciudad Real, with 40 dwellings and 35 singular assets. They are followed by the provinces of Guadalajara, with 20 housing units and 5 singular assets; Cuenca, with 20 homes and 2 singulars assets; and Albacete, with 17 homes and 4 singular properties.

Toledo features a 3-bedroom flat located in the township of Fuensalida, priced for this campaign at €40,700, compared to the previous price of €52,700. And in the municipality of Villafranca de los Caballeros we have a semi-detached single-family dwelling, which prior to the campaign was going for €107,363 and has now been discounted to €93,500.

And the singular properties notably include a lot in the town of El Viso de San Juan marked down to €37,680 until 30 June, compared to its previous price of €47,100.

In Ciudad Real we find a semi-detached single-family dwelling in the township of Argamasilla de Alba, which before the campaign was quoted at €72,941 and is now being offered for €58,353. In the municipality of Miguelturra we have a 3-bedroom flat, with garage and storage room included in the price, now on sale for €67,100, when its previous price was €76,249.

Lastly, in Daimiel we have a programmed developable tract that before the campaign was going for €22,449 and is now available for €15,714.

Discounts in Andalucia

The properties on sale in Andalusia are concentrated in the province of Almería, with 62 homes, followed by Cádiz, with 47. As for the singular properties, they are located in Cádiz and Sevilla, with 7 assets each, and Almería, with 5.

In the province of Almería, in the town of Roquetas de Mar, there is a 3-bedroom flat priced in this campaign at €47,300, compared to the previous €63,154. Turre features a 3-bedroom flat what was previously going for €63,910 and is now available for €43,670.

In Cádiz, we find a 3-bedroom flat in the municipality of Jerez de la Frontera currently discounted to €24,080 from the previous €26,755. And Algeciras features a 2-bedroom flat with a campaign price of €22,950, compared to the previous price of €25,500.

The singular properties offered in Andalusia notably include a commercial venue in the township of Adra (Almería) now priced at €211,270, compared with its pre-campaign price of €282,108. And we can also find a commercial venue located in the city of Cádiz, which was previously quoted at €106,497 and has now been discounted to €90,235.
