Offer prices are valid until 31 October

Bankia and Haya Real Estate reduce the prices of 2,900 homes and 1,400 real estate assets, with discounts of up to 40%

A total of 2,900 are homes and the rest are non-residential assets, primarily land, industrial units, business premises and offices.

Bankia is selling off more than 4,300 properties with discounts of up to 40%. The properties are all over the country. A total of 2,900 are homes and the rest are non-residential assets, primarily land, industrial units, business premises and offices.

The properties included in the selloff are mainly in provincial capitals, and dormitory and small towns. All the discounted properties are resales.

The campaign, known as “Autumn Campaign”, is a joint initiative by Bankia and Haya Real Estate, the bank’s real estate asset manager.

These discounted prices applied to this new commercial initiative will be valid until 31 October.

Most of the properties are Autonomous Region of Valencia, with more than 910 properties on sale. The prices of more than 760 homes have been slashed in Catalonia, 420 in Castilla-La Mancha, while in Andalusia and Murcia there are 230 and 180 properties on offer, respectively.

With regard to the 1,400 non-residential assets included in the promotion, there are 700 plots of land in different stages of development, 650 business premises and offices and 120 industrial units. Of these real estate assets, 590 are in the Valencia region, 280 in Catalonia, 120 in Castilla-La Mancha and 100 in Andalucía

Offers in the Valencia Region

Of the total assets (houses plus non-residential assets) in the Valencia Region, 830 units are in the province of Valencia; 440 in Castellón and 310 in Alicante.

Among the properties on offer in the Province of Valencia, there is a one-bedroom semi-detached home in Oliva that includes a garage and storeroom, down from 87,500 euros to 56,000 euros and a three-bedroom flat with a spacious terrace in Montserrat, now on sale for 64,650 euros, which was formerly on offer for 103,670 euros.

Among the non-residential assets in Valencia are business premises in the town of Gandía which previously cost 211,515 euros and which are available for a reduced price of 136,800 euros until 31 October. In the municipal area of Benimuslem there is an urban plot reduced to 65,890 euros from 105,000 euros.

Now in Castellón, there is a two-bedroom flat in Oropesa, with a storeroom included in the price, reduced to 56,000 euros from its previous price of 75,878 euros. There is an outstanding detached property in Costur with three bedrooms which cost 71,518 euros but has now been reduced to 50,000 euros, and in Castellón there is an office for sale for 116,824 euros, a significant discount on the 195,428 euros it cost before.

Moving to Alicante province, the campaign includes a three-bedroom flat in the town of Formentera del Segura. The property is on a housing development with community areas and a swimming pool, and it can now be bought for 44,100 euros as opposed to the 67,999 euros it cost previously.

Regarding properties in Alicante, investors will find business premises in the town of Elche, reduced to 161,798 euros until 31 October, whose previous price was 251,160 euros.

Properties in Cataluña

Discounted properties in Cataluña can be found in Tarragona with more than 360 homes and 60 assets, and in Barcelona, with 110 properties and 140 other assets. In Lleida there are 180 discounted homes and 10 assets, and in Girona, there are 100 homes and 70 other assets.

In Tarragona, there is a three-bedroom flat in Tortosa for a reduced price of 51,300 euros which previously cost 81,000 euros. In the town of Sant Carles de la Ràpita there is another three-bedroom flat reduced to 77,805 euros as opposed to the 129,499 it cost before.

Among the real estate properties on sale in Tarragona is an urban plot in the municipality of Calafell, which was up for sale with a price of 26,844 euros before the campaign and has been reduced to just 18,790 euros. In Reus, the campaign includes unscheduled land for development reduced to 63,933 euros, which previously cost 106,555 euros.

In Moià, buyers will find a three-bedroom flat reduced to 48,000 euros, which cost 67,798 euros prior to the discount campaign.

In the city of Barcelona, business premises that previously cost 110,309 euros can be purchased for 75,641 euros until 31 October. Lastly, in the municipality of Sant Boi de Llobregat there are business premises reduced to 81,756 euros, which previously cost 174,692 euros.

Properties in Castilla-La Mancha

The properties in Castilla-La Mancha are in the provinces of Toledo (190 homes and 55 real estate assets) and Ciudad Real (100 homes and 45 assets).

In Cuenca, there are 60 homes and five other properties; Albacete has 40 bargain homes and other assets; and in Guadalajara, the campaign includes 20 homes and 14 other properties.

In Toledo there is a duplex flat in the municipality of Gerindote with three bedrooms and a garage, whose offer price is 28,792 euros and whose previous price was 40,385 euros. Then, in the municipal area of Sonseca there is a two-bedroom flat with a garage that cost 42,706 euros before the campaign and has now been reduced to 27,000 euros.

Regarding other real estate, there are business premises in the municipality of Torrijos on sale at a reduced price of 18,537 euros until 31 October, whose previous price was 22,688 euros.

In Ciudad Real there is a semi-detached home in the town of Argamasilla de Alba, whose pre-campaign price was 57,254 euros which is now available for 39,499 euros. In the town of Alcázar de San Juan we find a two-bedroom flat, with a storeroom included in the price, reduced to 49,500 euros with a pre-campaign price of 76,268 euros.

Lastly, in Pedro Muñoz, there are some business premises with a pre-campaign price of 49,887 euros, now reduced to 35,485 euros.

Discounts in Andalucía

The available properties in Andalucía are in Cádiz, with 75 homes, followed by Almería, with 70. There are real estate properties available in these cities, with 20 assets in each, and in Seville with 15.

In Cádiz we have a one-bedroom flat in the municipality of Algeciras reduced to 46,800 euros, which previously cost 54,640 euros and in Jerez de la Frontera there’s a duplex flat with three bedrooms with a campaign price of 70,305 as opposed to the previous price of 78,117 euros.

In the province of Almería, in the municipal area of Los Gallardos, there is a two-bedroom flat whose campaign price is 51,200 euros and whose previous price was 74,943 euros. In Vícar, there is a studio, located in a residential area with shared areas and a swimming pool, which previously cost 60,864 euros, which has been reduced to 37,003 euros.

With regard to the real estate properties in Andalucía, there are some business premises in Jerez de la Frontera (Cádiz) whose campaign price is 142,560 euros, which previously cost 261,298 euros.

Properties in the Region of Murcia

The properties available in Murcia are mainly residential, with 180 homes and 25 other types of properties. In Villanueva del Río Segura there is a one-bedroomed flat in a residential area with common areas and a shared swimming pool, and with a garage space and storeroom included in the price, which previously cost 35,842 and which has been reduced to 21,533 euros.

When it comes to real estate properties, there is a business property in the town of San Pedro del Pinatar reduced to 32,315 euros until 31 October, which previously cost 50,465 euros.

The website www.haya.es contains full information about the basic characteristics of all the homes and real estate included in the campaign: photographs, information, square metres, price, etc.

Buyers requiring financing can apply to Bankia, which offers mortgages at highly competitive rates and charges no fees to customers who have their income paid directly into the account with the ‘Hipoteca sin Comisiones’ (Mortgage without Fees). Customers are not required to purchase any additional products to benefit from the terms of these loans.
