Bankia and Haya Real Estate launch a campaign with more than 1,200 homes and 950 unique properties with discounts of up to 40%

The entity offers mortgage loans under very competitive conditions, since they do not apply commissions to those who have their income domiciled, to those people who acquire any of these homes or singular properties.

  • The houses, all second-hand, are located in province capitals, commuter towns and small towns, offering both urban and coastal housing.

Bankia and Haya Real Estate have sold more than 2,400 properties with discounts of up to 40%, including more than 1,200 properties and 950 unique properties across Spain.

The 2,800 properties selected for this campaign are located mainly in province capitals, commuter towns and small towns. By type, this campaign offers both urban and coastal homes, all of them second-hand.

The commercial offer, known as "Huracán de descuentos” (Discount Hurricane), will keep the current discounts until July 15.

Most of the homes selected for this commercial initiative are located in the Comunidad Valenciana, with 270 properties offered. In Murcia, 240 homes have been selected, while Cataluña has 230 and Andalucía has 210.

The campaign also includes 950 unique properties. These include 450 commercial premises and offices, 80 industrial warehouses, 270 parking spaces and storage rooms and more than 390 plots in different development states, all of them with discounts of up to 40%.

Of these unique properties, 345 are located in the Comunidad Valenciana, 130 in Cataluña, 100 in Andalucía and 80 in Murcia.

Offers in the Comunidad Valenciana

Of the housing offered in the Comunidad Valenciana, 110 homes are located in the province of Valencia, 90 in Alicante and 70 in Castellón.

Among the homes offered in the province of Valencia, there is a 2-bedroom apartment in Serra with a parking space included in the price, whose price has decreased from 62,197 to 43,351 euros, and a 3-bedroom flat in Xeresa with a garage included in the price, which is now going for 68,325 euros, from its previous price of 98,026 euros.

In Alicante there is a three-bedroom apartment in Almoradí, at a price of 67,910 down from 92,449. And in Rojales there is a one-bedroom apartment that was on sale for 42,893 euros and is now down to 27,683 euros.

In the province of Castellón, there is an apartment on Nules Beach with two bedrooms at a current price of 46,809 euros down from 67,158 euros. In Sant Jordi we have a five-bedroom detached house with a parking space on sale for 143,055 euros, down from 182,700 euros.

Regarding the unique properties, the province of Valencia has 170 units, 110 in Castellón and 65 in Alicante.

Among the assets of the campaign, there is a commercial store in the city of Valencia for 121,648 euros down from its price of 174,531 before the campaign. In the town of Rafelbuñol (Valencia) there is an industrial warehouse that used to cost 274,807 euros and will be sold for 210,000 euros before July 15. Additionally, there is another commercial property in Castellón, lowered to 223,547 euros, from its original price of 333,798 euros.

Offer in Murcia

The offer in Murcia includes 240 homes and 80 unique properties. In Cartagena there is a two-bedroom apartment with a parking space included in the price and located in a residential complex with common areas and a swimming pool, with a campaign price of 70,975 euros, down from 109,623 euros.

And in Archena there is a four-bedroom apartment with parking space and storage room included, which used to cost 93,048 euros before the campaign and is now on sale for 60,662 euros.

The most noteworthy properties are a plot of land in the town of Alhama de Murcia, down to 240,131 euros until 15 July from 360,800 euros. Lastly, there is a commercial property in Murcia that used to cost 542,984 euros before the campaign, and is now down to 326,329 euros.

Properties in Cataluña

The properties offered in Cataluña are mainly located in the provinces of Tarragona, with 110 homes and 30 unique properties, and Barcelona, with 40 homes and 70 unique properties. Girona has 40 homes and 20 unique properties, and there are 40 flats and a dozen unique properties in Lleida.

In Tarragona, there is a three-bedroom apartment located in Móra d 'Ebre, with a campaign price of 39,862 euros down from 60,200 euros. In Amposta, we have a two-bedroom apartment going for 41,800 euros, compared to its original price of 52,440.

Among the unique properties offered in Tarragona, there is a commercial property in the town of Amposta, which used to cost 55,509 euros before the campaign and is now down to 43,242 euros. In Tarragona there is one more commercial property with a discounted price of 36,685 euros down from 52,325 euros before the campaign.

In Barcelona there is a three-bedroom apartment in the town of Navàs, which used to cost 89,625 euros and is now on sale for 64,887 euros. In Sant Pere de Ribes, there is a commercial property that used to cost 48,492 euros which will be on sale for 37,776 euros until 15 July. Lastly, in the town of Sant Esteve Sesrovires, there is a plot of land, going for 122,736 euros, down from 165,000 euros.

Discounts in Andalucía

The offer in Andalucía is mainly located in the province of Granada, with 80 homes and 35 unique properties, followed by Almería, with 50 homes and 15 unique properties.

In Granada, in the town of Las Gabias, there is a three-bedroom apartment with a campaign price of 65,527 euros down from 103,240 euros. And in the city of Granada there is a three-bedroom apartment that used to cost 82,183 euros, and has been lowered to 54,428 euros. There is also a commercial property in Granada going for 88,050 euros, down from 140,364 euros.

In the province of Almería, there is a one-bedroom apartment in Roquetas de Mar, with a parking space included in the price, with a price of 77,178 euros, down from 104,552 euros. And in El Ejido there is a one-bedroom attic with a campaign price of 30,000 euros, down from 49,828 euros. Lastly, there is an industrial unit in Viator that will cost 71,188 euros until July 15 down from 108,716 euros before the campaign.

The www.haya.es website contains information about the basic characteristics of all the homes and unique properties of the campaign: photos, location, square meters, price, etc.

For buyers that need financing, Bankia offers them mortgage loans with very competitive conditions, since they do not apply any commission fees to customers with a payroll account. In addition, this does not require contracting any additional products linked to the loan.
