Bankia and Haya Real Estate have released more than 1,500 homes and 1,100 unique properties into the market (commercial premises, offices, industrial warehouses and plots) with discounts of up to 40%.
The 2,800 properties selected for this campaign are located mainly in province capitals, commuter towns and small towns. By type, this campaign offers both urban and coastal homes, all of them second-hand.
The commercial offer, known as "Precios Calentitos”, will keep the current discounts until March 29.
Most of the homes are located in the Comunidad Valenciana, with more than 470 properties offered. More than 350 homes have been selected in Cataluña, while Murcia has 280.
As for the unique properties, 470 commercial premises and offices, 100 industrial warehouses and more than 530 plots at different levels of development are included. Of these, 460 are located in the Comunidad Valenciana, 140 in Cataluña and 90 in Andalusia.
Offers in the Comunidad Valenciana
Of the housing offered in the Comunidad Valenciana, 220 homes are located in the province of Valencia, 140 in Alicante and 115 in Castellón.
Among the homes offered in the province of Valencia there is a 3-bedroom flat in Polinyà del Xúquer, whose price has gone from 75,714 to 64,357 euros, and a 3-bedroom flat in Tous, with three bedrooms, which is now offered at 58,034 euros, down from 68,275 euros.
In Alicante, there is a flat in Dolores, with parking space and storage included in the price, which is being offered at 55,054 euros down from its previous price of 80,688. In Almoradí, there is a three bedroom apartment that was being offered for 76,649 euros before and is now down to 54,999 euros.
The properties offered in Cataluña are mainly located in the provinces of Tarragona, with 140 homes and 30 unique properties, and Barcelona, with 80 homes and 80 unique properties. These are followed by Lérida, with 70 homes and 10 unique properties, and Gerona, with 60 homes and 25 unique properties.
Regarding the unique properties, we must mention a retail store in the city of Murcia whose price has been lowered to 106,546 euros until March 29 from its previous price of 139,276 euros. Lastly, in Puerto Lumbreras there is a plot that used to cost 61,671 euros before the campaign and has now been lowered to 47,178 euros.
Discounts in Andalucía
The offer in Andalusia is mainly located in the province of Granada, with 40 homes and 25 unique properties, followed by Almería, with 35 homes and 15 unique properties.
