The offer also includes 1,100 additional unique properties

Bankia and Haya Real Estate launch a campaign in which they offer 1,500 homes with discounts of up to 40%

The commercial offer, which includes the Comunidad Valenciana, Cataluña, Murcia and Andalucía, will maintain these prices until next March 29.

Bankia and Haya Real Estate have released more than 1,500 homes and 1,100 unique properties into the market (commercial premises, offices, industrial warehouses and plots) with discounts of up to 40%.

The 2,800 properties selected for this campaign are located mainly in province capitals, commuter towns and small towns. By type, this campaign offers both urban and coastal homes, all of them second-hand.

The commercial offer, known as "Precios Calentitos”, will keep the current discounts until March 29.

Most of the homes are located in the Comunidad Valenciana, with more than 470 properties offered. More than 350 homes have been selected in Cataluña, while Murcia has 280.

As for the unique properties, 470 commercial premises and offices, 100 industrial warehouses and more than 530 plots at different levels of development are included. Of these, 460 are located in the Comunidad Valenciana, 140 in Cataluña and 90 in Andalusia.

Offers in the Comunidad Valenciana

Of the housing offered in the Comunidad Valenciana, 220 homes are located in the province of Valencia, 140 in Alicante and 115 in Castellón.

Among the homes offered in the province of Valencia there is a 3-bedroom flat in Polinyà del Xúquer, whose price has gone from 75,714 to 64,357 euros, and a 3-bedroom flat in Tous, with three bedrooms, which is now offered at 58,034 euros, down from 68,275 euros.

In Alicante, there is a flat in Dolores, with parking space and storage included in the price, which is being offered at 55,054 euros down from its previous price of 80,688. In Almoradí, there is a three bedroom apartment that was being offered for 76,649 euros before and is now down to 54,999 euros.

In the province of Castellón, there is a two-bedroom apartment in Onda, whose current price is 60,368 euros down from 67,075. On Nules Beach, there is a three-bedroom apartment going for 63,853 euros down from 92,818 euros.

Regarding the unique properties, the province of Valencia has 230 units, 140 in Castellón and 90 in Alicante. Among the assets of the campaign, there is a commercial store in the city of Valencia for 155,389 euros down from its price of 228,514 before the campaign. In the town of Gandia (Valencia) there is an industrial warehouse that used to cost 396,829 euros and will be sold for 258,976 euros before March 29. In addition, in the province of Castellón, located in La Llosa, there is another commercial store going for 29,750 euros, down from 43,419 euros.

Properties in Cataluña

The properties offered in Cataluña are mainly located in the provinces of Tarragona, with 140 homes and 30 unique properties, and Barcelona, with 80 homes and 80 unique properties. These are followed by Lérida, with 70 homes and 10 unique properties, and Gerona, with 60 homes and 25 unique properties.

In Tarragona, there is a three-bedroom apartment located in the capital of the province, sold for 50,763 euros within the campaign down from 72,008 euros. In the town of Sant Jaume d'Enveja there is a three-bedroom apartment discounted to 43,700 euros compared to its previous price of 65,415.

Among the unique properties offered in Tarragona there is an urban plot in La Bisbal del Penedès, which used to cost 17,313 euros, and is now reduced to 13,973. In Amposta there is a commercial store for 109,242 euros down from 126,034 euros before the campaign.

In Barcelona, there is a three-bedroom apartment located in Vilafranca del Penedès, which used to cost 99,680 euros and is now being offered for 71,689 euros.

In Calella there is a commercial store that used to have a 275,015 euros price tag and will now be sold for 198,698 euros until March 29. Lastly, in Mataró, there is another commercial store lowered to 104,040 euros from 168,651.

Offer in Murcia

The offer in Murcia includes 280 homes and 68 unique properties. In the municipality of Molina de Segura there is a two-bedroom apartment, garage included, whose price in the campaign is 60,632 euros, down from its previous price of 93,743 euros. In the municipality of Archena there is another two-bedroom apartment that used to cost 67,711 euros and is now being sold for 61,877 euros.

Regarding the unique properties, we must mention a retail store in the city of Murcia whose price has been lowered to 106,546 euros until March 29 from its previous price of 139,276 euros. Lastly, in Puerto Lumbreras there is a plot that used to cost 61,671 euros before the campaign and has now been lowered to 47,178 euros.

Discounts in Andalucía

The offer in Andalusia is mainly located in the province of Granada, with 40 homes and 25 unique properties, followed by Almería, with 35 homes and 15 unique properties.

In Granada, in the town of Las Gabias, there is a two-bedroom apartment with a campaign price of 47,195 euros down from 77,152 euros. And in Cájar there is a two-bedroom apartment that used to cost 97,827 euros, and has been lowered to 62,964 euros. In Alhama de Granada there is a plot being offered for 37,910 euros down from 44,600 euros before the campaign.

In the province of Almeria, there is a three-bedroom apartment in Pechina being sold for 57,316 euros down from its previous price of 74,923 euros. And in Vélez - Blanco there is a two bedroom apartment, with a storage space, with a campaign price of 55,231 euros down from 72,198 euros. Lastly, there is an industrial warehouse in Viator that will cost 77,387 euros until March 29 down from 98,606 euros before the campaign.

The www.haya.es website contains information about the basic characteristics of all the homes and unique properties of the campaign: photos, location, square meters, price, etc.
