Bankia supports Red Cross social programs with 22,000 euros in Valladolid this year, focusing in particular on one of Bankia's main social action strategy: the employability of particularly vulnerable people.

On the one hand, Bankia has supported the 'Support for employment +45’ project, where an Access Control and General Services Assistant course has been carried out; 40% of participants have found a job.

On the other hand, the 'Initiatives to improve the employability of women victims of gender violence' project has also taken place, including an Empowerment workshop.

Lastly, the 'Requalification of people affected by the crisis’ project that will begin in September includes a complete career path for the Auxiliary Trade Activities certificate, 270 hours of training.

The training modules of the certificate are auxiliary operations at sale points, preparation of orders, handling and movements with pallet truck and hand trucks, basic customer service and non-work practices in the industry.
