Bankia has put a selection of over 3,500 properties all over Spain up for sale, many of them with discounts of up to 50%. Some 80% of them are priced at under €80,000.

This marketing initiative will run until 31 March.

The sales campaign is being run by the Bankia branch network and also on www.haya.es, the website of Haya Real Estate, Spain's largest property management services company, which the bank has commissioned to manage the marketing of these properties.

These property assets, all of them second hand, are very varied, including housing in urban and coastal areas, as well as in large provincial capitals, metropolitan areas and small towns.

When broken down by autonomous regions, Valencia has the largest number of houses for sale, with 1,300 properties on offer, followed by Catalonia, with 800, Castilla-La Mancha, with 300, the Canary Islands with 200, and other regions such as Madrid, Andalusia and Murcia, which each have more than 100 properties up for sale as part of this offer.

One of the most stand-out properties on sale in Valencia includes a property in the city of Valencia, with three bedrooms and a bathroom, priced at €51,902, which was previously priced at over €117,000.

In the province of Castellón, a property on offer in Almazora with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was previously priced at €140,040, can now be had for just €78,429.

One of the most outstanding properties on sale in Catalonia is in Sant Bartomeu Del Grau (Barcelona). With two bedrooms and one bathroom it can be snapped up for €68,924 compared to its previous price of €81,015 .

The properties up for grabs in Castilla -La Mancha include one in the town of Valdepeñas (Ciudad Real) with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which was being marketed at €101,478 prior to this campaign, but which can now be bought for €47,884 .

In the Canary Islands there is a property in Santa Lucía de Tirajana (Las Palmas) with one bedroom and one bathroom. Now on sale for €49,073 it was previously priced at €91,352.

There is also a large discount on a property being marketed in the Fuenlabrada district of Madrid. It has three bedrooms and one bathroom, and is now on sale for €77,857, having previously been priced at €131,876.

As well as residential properties, Bankia is also complementing this marketing campaign with other assets, including garages and stores, raising the number of real estate assets being sold off to 3,900.

For buyers in need of financing, Bankia is offering mortgages at very competitive rates, particularly for Bankia customers.

Information about all the basic features of the properties can be found on the website https://www.haya.es/, including photos, location, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, square meters, price, etc.

Potential buyers can request further information or book a property viewing at any of the bank's almost 2,000 branches, on the website, by calling 901 11 77 88, or by visiting the Haya Real Estate offices.
