  • About twenty teachers have already contacted the Bankia Foundation to share their experiences
  • Through this initiative, the Bankia Foundation seeks to share the knowledge, tools and methods used by teachers during this extraordinary time in the country

The Bankia Foundation for Dual Training has launched a campaign to facilitate virtual contact between teachers so that they can share their experiences working and teaching from home as a result of the coronavirus outbreak.

During the last few days, the Twitter @DualizaBankia account has been publishing testimonials from different teachers that explain how they have managed the situation and the tools they have used, along with any anecdotes from the lockdown.

Other than the public or internal digital educational platforms of each centre, or the use of e-mail, many professionals mention Google Drive, Moodle and Kahoot as essential to continue their work.

It also contains links to tutorials to show the use of some of these tools.

They talk about some of the difficulties they have had to face, such as the lack of adequate material for remote teaching and, in the case of students, remote learning.

Through this initiative, the Bankia Foundation seeks to maintain and replicate digitally the activity it has been doing for three years, to promote vocational training and to facilitate the contact of its main stakeholders, as well as the transferability of knowledge, with the aim of contributing to a more trained and more cohesive society.

Dualiza Bankia, Bankia’s dual training initiative

Dualiza Bankia is the brand through which the Bankia Foundation for Dual Training carries out all of its promotion and prestige activities regarding vocational training and dual vocational training, keeping in mind that it improves the employability of students and the competitiveness of companies. Moreover, it shows the commitment acquired by Bankia to the promotion of education as a way to improve society, combat inequality and promote greater social cohesion.
