Bankia and the CajaGranada Foundation have selected 15 NGOs and non-profit associations to grant them the use of some of the most significant spaces of the CajaGranada Cultural Centre within the joint programme ‘We help those who help - Use of premises’ with the aim of enabling them to use them throughout the year for their activities, events and presentations of programmes of a cultural, social or welfare nature.

For the second consecutive year, Bankia and CajaGranada Foundation have completed a pioneering initiative that complements the charitable programme ‘We help those who help’, aimed at supporting non-profit organisations in the provinces of Granada, Jaén, Almería and Málaga.

The spaces are lent for non-profit purposes and the CajaGranada Foundation and Bankia will bear the cost of opening the spaces and the necessary personnel, having previously reached agreements on this aspect. This call provides a space of reference and logistical support for NGOs and non-profit organisations that, at certain times, need to have access to facilities such as those of CajaGranada Foundation to organise certain activities and hold unique events or provide presentations of their programmes and projects.

The organisations selected in the 2020 call are the following:

  • Madre Coraje
  • Fundación Magtel
  • Fegradi
  • Agrupación Mujeres Sordas. 10 de febrero
  • Altaamid
  • Fundación Don Bosco
  • Asociación Aida
  • Asociación Teatreves Teatro
  • Asociación Alumnos Medicina
  • Parroquia Nuestra Señora Dolores-Cajar
  • Inserta Andalucía
  • Fundación Poco Frecuente
  • AFAM (Adopción)
  • Superart
  • Agrafim

The various NGOs will carry out different activities at the CajaGranada Theatre and will use the spaces of the CajaGranada Cultural Centre dedicated to workshops and temporary exhibition halls.

Bankia and CajaGranada Fundación are proud to continue to strengthen their collaboration with the welfare and social fabric of Granada, which is doing so much to alleviate situations of inequality and exclusion in our society.
